Un evento che ha letteralmente paralizzato un quadrante della città. Fin dalle prime ore del mattino in zona è stato il delirio, con pesanti ripercussioni su tutta la circolazione. Le zone più interessate sono appunto quelle di Ponte Milvio, Cassia, Flaminia, Salaria, Corso Francia, Olimpica, Monti Tiburtini, XXI Aprile, San Giovanni, Prenestina, Tangenziale est. "Tutta la rete bus che attraversa queste direttrici- fa sapere in una nota l'agenzia per la mobilità - sta subendo forti rallentamenti. Sul posto la polizia di Roma Capitale".
