It's not a buffet style but they have 7 different stations where they put together your plate once you order. There are many food selections and it's all you can eat..... The staffs are super friendly & attentive as well. The place is pretty spacious and super clean as it just opened recently. My wife & I both loved their Asian station where they have the best Yu Xiang Tofu Eggplants, Salt & Pepper Prawns & Orange Chicken. Their Pho is surprisingly delicious. The food tasted so much better than before when it's "Canyon Buffet". How the reservation works is that you have to be there in person to make the reservation using one of their Kiosk, then they'll text you when your table is ready. Reservations are on a first come first served basis and day of reservations are based on availability and not guaranteed. The price is $46.99 per adult & $23.99 for kids (9 and Under).
